Pricing and Product Information
I Will Pong You, LLC makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to its products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to I Will Pong You, LLC products is subject to change without notice. In the event we discover an error in the description or availability of a product that affects your outstanding order with I Will Pong You, LLC, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, I Will Pong You, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of the charge.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. I Will Pong You, LLC works directly with our carrier, USPS, to accurately estimate actual shipping and handling fees based on the products you order and the shipping destination.

Once a package is shipped, the package is in the hands of the carrier, USPS. Therefore, I Will Pong You, LLC cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times. If a package is lost during transit, I Will Pong You, LLC will make a reasonable effort to help the customer resolve the problem.

Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the I Will Pong You, LLC site within thirty (30) days of receipt. Pong Deck provides a 110% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your product. I Will Pong You, LLC however will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs or return shipping from the customer back to I Will Pong You, LLC.

If you received the wrong product, a product that is damaged or defective, or a product that contains a damaged or defective part, I Will Pong You, LLC will work with you to ensure you receive what you ordered in the expected condition.

If the package looks damaged from shipping, we ask that you not accept the package for reasons of damage during shipping; damage to the shipping box.
When contacting I Will Pong You, LLC, please include the following: (1) your order number; (2) a description of the product; (3) a description of the problem; (4) if possible, pictures of any damage.
